Once you know when you want to retire:
If you are still working for Diageo, your retirement date will be advised to Capita from the Diageo HR system. Your retirement pack with your pension options will be issued to you approximately 3 weeks after the end of the month in which you leave Diageo.
If you are no longer working for Diageo, please get in touch with Capita directly and a retirement pack with your pension options will be issued to you.
It’s important that you fully complete all the forms that are sent to you, as any omission could result in a delay in the settlement of your benefit. Once you’ve returned all the relevant documentation Capita will arrange the settlement of your retirement account in line with the option you have chosen.
