Your guide to registering for the Diageo Online Member Portal

To begin, visit https://portal.hartlinkonline.co.uk/diageo/ and click on the Register button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Make sure you have your National Insurance number to hand.

Login details

You’ll need to choose a login name and password and set a security question and answer. Your login name can’t be your email address.

Contact information

When providing your email address and phone number, you can set your contact preferences, so we know the best way to contact you.

When registering, we’ll send you a one-time PIN to use the first time you log in. You can receive this by text message or email.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

To help keep your account safe and secure, you can set up MFA on your account when registering or choose to turn this on at a later date. MFA generates a unique code which is sent to you by text or through an authenticator app on your phone every time you use the Online Member Portal.

Personal information

We also need you to provide some personal details before we can register you for the Portal - your National Insurance number, surname, gender, and date of birth. We use this information to validate your pension account and make sure you are set up with to access to all the right information.

Completing your registration

Finally, make sure you read the Terms and Conditions linked at the bottom of the screen and tick the box to confirm.

Now you’re all set to log in to the Diageo Online Member Portal.
